What is CrossFit?
I thought these two lectures (total about 1 hr) were very good description of what the CrossFit system is trying to achieve. They gave me some new insights on what the terms “fitness” and “health” mean (or should mean) to boot. These lectures are by Greg Glassman, CrossFit’s founder.
